Wednesday nights 6:30-8pm ~ Beginning September 15th
Families are God’s intended garden for growing people closer to Himself. So why don’t most families grow closer to God? Could be the dirt. The good soil of the family gets contaminated. Over time the good soil loses its nutrients. So, on Wednesdays we’re going to be about the work of enriching the soil of our families. Using the Scriptures and the ancient church calendar we will learn the seasons and ways to adjust the rhythm of our families to the rhythm of God.
Senior Adult Ministries
There is no SAMs activity for the month of September. The group will resume for a Stack-up dinner on October 9th. For more information, please call Julia at 249-0507.
Western Slope Women's Retreat
Come join many other ladies for a weekend of worship, fellowship, fun and hearing from a special speaker. Myra Green incorporates her singing and acting into her Bible teaching. The meetings will take place at the Gunnison Valley Church of the Nazarene in Delta, CO, on September 17-18th. This fundraiser is to help several from our congregation to get the training they need to be Stephen Ministers. In Stephen Ministry congregations, lay caregivers provide one-on-one Christian care to the bereaved, hospitalized, terminally ill, separated, divorced, unemployed, relocated and others facing a crisis or life challenge.
